    Wearable Therapeutics needed capital and a plan. Most of our investments start this way. We developed a strategic plan for $20 million and a tactical road map to reach the first $5 million. After building the road map, Arc decided to become the lead investor, and now works with the team on a monthly basis as a board member.

    Kickboard offers a data platform for teachers and school administrators that is the #1 climate-and-culture solution in the U.S. K-12 market.  It initially engaged Arc to strategically help grow its user and revenue bases exponentially.  Working closely with the executive team, we developed a go-to-market plan and operational road map to meet their goals. Arc took an equity position in the company Kevin joined the company’s executive team as a interim COO to oversee operations.
